I've fished the Sea of Cortez many times. Is this episode filmed in the Loreto Area?
About 5 years ago we were fishing out of Rancho Buena Vista Hotel (Los Barrilles)and hit what we thought was a huge log in the water. When I looked out the back of the boat I saw a 3' pectoral fin rolling over in the water. We figured it was a big Tiger Shark.

Very Very Cool. I was part of the shoot and it turned out very cool. Having been there and seeing all of it tie in really puts this Monster Quest Team and producers in a Top of there field crew. As I look back on the challenges at hand belind the shoot and the resolve to put in whatever it took attitude really shows in this documentry. I just want to say it was an absolute pleasure working with and enjoing the Sea of Cortez with you. For more on Sea of Cortez- Nautitoo.
